Some of the Many Reasons Why You Should Visit Wroclaw, Poland

Located in Western Poland, Wroclaw is a city that carries high acclaim due to its spectacular buildings, captivating architecture and grandeur design. Home to a great number of colors, Wroclaw is the largest city in the Western part of Poland and hosts more than a million tourists each year. The colorful buildings, beautiful pavements and vibrant atmosphere will leave you totally enthralled and mesmerized. Below, are the few reasons why you should visit Wroclaw at least once in your entire life.

It is vibrant
A great number of buildings in this Polish city are painted in different colors which are definitely great for your mood. It is a manifestation of the fact that this city has remained youthful ever since its dawn, no matter how old it is. The colorful buildings and pavements bring life to this city even on the dull snowy winter days.

The spectacular old town
This is the one part of Wroclaw that will make you feel like you have entered one of those lands, about which you get to hear about, only in fairy tales. If you could, this is the place you are suggested to live in during your stay. Housing great architecture that reflects various colors, the old town in Wroclaw is undeniably one of the prettiest parts of all of Europe.

The picturesque Market Square
Dating back to the middle ages, the Market Square is the heart of the enchanting city of Wroclaw. In this beautiful center of the city, you won’t really want to miss getting a shot of any single corner. No matter which angle you view it from, each will present you with a different level of fascination. If you happen to visit Wroclaw, visiting the Market Square is perhaps something that you would not really want to miss. Filled with various colorful restaurants and townhouses, this part of the city is truly remarkable.

Wander along beautiful pavements
A web of pavements and lanes are scattered throughout the city and undoubtedly, wandering in those lanes among the locals and getting lost within the arms of this city is perhaps the only best way to explore the city and to feel the vibes that this spectacular town offers.

The delicious food
Food is undeniably the one thing without which a trip is incomplete. Polish food is considered to be the best in the Eastern part of Europe. The rich Polish cuisine will make you nothing other than extremely hungry every time you’ll think of Poland. To get the best travel experience, experience the local cuisine. You can find several exotic restaurants lined together, in Market Square. While many other offering top quality foods at low prices are scattered throughout the entire city.

Ostrow Tumski
The phrase ‘Ostrow Tumski’ which translates into ‘Cathedral Island’ refers to a place in Wroclaw that is fully dedicated to religious devotion. It is quite near to the Old Town and also hosts one of the most iconic buildings of Europe, the Cathedral of St. John. Take a walk around this area during the sunset and you will experience the lamps being lit and that would be a great magical experience.
