Jeju Island Revisited – Museum of Sex and Health Education
South Korea/Travel StoriesWhen I went to Jeju Island, I didn’t research for places to go, I just let my feet bring me anywhere. I remember watching the Korean Drama IRIS of Kim Tae Hee and Lee Byung Hun, the tower where he died. I must go there! Luckily, It’s along the way! One of my greatest discoveries is the Sex and Health Museum! Everything you see in this museum is depicts of “SEX”, from statues to photographs, to visual presentation, videos and more! You can also check “LoveLand” While I was in Jeju, my mode of transportation are bus and taxi only. Take note that buses have daily time schedule, and I swear, waiting for buses each time will cost a lot of your time, so better take a taxi if you want to make it. MUSEUM AS ITS BEST

First time in Vietnam: My Valentine Escapade to Vietnam – Dalat Part 2
Travel StoriesFor the second part of my Vietnam getaway, I availed of a customized travel package from a travel agency in Ho Chi Minh. Took the sleep bus heading to Dalat, 9pm to 4am. Dalat is like Baguio, Philippines in terms of weather. It’s cold. Like Ho Chi Minh, there are many motorcycles everywhere, be careful in crossing the road. You can actually buy flowers here that will last 3-5 years for a very cheap price. I forgot what type of insect is this, but its delicious. You have to pay 40,000 Dong for the entrance fee. Its worth it. My favorite places in Dalat are the Valley of Love and Crazy House. It’s beautiful in there. Check my previous entry of my Sweet Escapade in Vietnam – ho Chi Minh here.
I booked my flight via Philippine airlines and Cebupacific, total of $250usd RT. As soon as I arrived in Saigon International Airport, i looked for the bus 152 at the airport exit. This bus is probably the cheapest means of transportation to get out of the airport. I just pay 5000 dong for myself, and another 5000 dong for my baggage. Get off at Ben Thanh Market and took a cab heading to Saigon Pearl in which I stayed for 1 week. I cannot suggest for an accommodation, since I stayed with my cousin here for free. But you may opt for Booking.com to check for cheapest accommodation available. The weather in Ho Chi Minh is like in Manila, it’s HOT! It a beautiful country yet i must warn you! You’re gonna love to buy bags and shoes because it’s cheaper here! There are plenty of motorcycles everywhere, and with regards to transportation, you must be familiar of bus number destination 🙂 It’s pretty cheap though. Since I didn’t travel alone, we usually take a cab. Not much people can speak English! Vietnam Adventure Part 2 DALAT
Whether you are travelling alone or in a group, you probably need one of these apps to make your travel a success. My favorites are the city maps which help me in locating the nearest food dining and hotels as well kaya for checking the cheapest airfare I could get. Anyway, here are some of travel apps you may find useful. KAYAK PRO Find the nearest hotel from you, search cheap flights, add and edit trips to your calendar, keep track of your itinerary, search for reference information such as airline numbers, baggage fees and lot more.
