Fine dining at its best, not only is it the finest in Spain, but El Celler de Can Roca’s outstanding food and wine alongside their amazing service has granted them the position of second best restaurant in the world. Last year they we’re the first and they have never disappeared from the top. Diners will be greeted with the utmost hospitality from the crew, dining consists of a 14 course meal accompanied by varied wines and Sherries. Aside from their unique blends of flavors and ingredients, what gives them an edge is the creative way they present each meals. They use molecular gastronomy techniques to enhance the flavor and the presentation of their food. You’ll never see olives presented on a bonsai tree or calamari turned into crackers anywhere else. It may seem like a plentiful course, but they are all portioned to make you feel satisfied and not bloated at the end of dining. Once you’re seated inside, a waiter (with your permission) will serve a dish containing five bite sized delicacies representing the five countries that inspired the chef.
