Day 1
It’s been a while since I travel alone, more than a year I think. I kinda miss it, so here I am, at florence bus terminal in Praha, about to embark on my new escapade! I’m going to Croatia and then Slovenia.
I’m taking Flixbus that departs at 7:30am to Vienna Edberg. I prefer Flixbus among other bus companies because it has more room for your legs, well, I’m not tall but I get uncomfortable with small space like the Student Agency Bus, another advantage of this bus is the price, it’s a lot cheaper compare to others.

After 3 hours waiting in Vienna bus station, I took the bus headed to Zagreb, Croatia.

Packing your things when taking a backpacking tour in Europe is one of the most crucial factors in ensuring the success and enjoyment of your trip. Since you will only be taking your backpack, it is important that you travel light and only take the most necessary things. Here is a short guide on what to bring when going backpacking Europe. Choose only the basic clothes and look for ones that can double. Take into consideration the normal temperature of the areas you plan to visit during the time of your trip. If it will cover multiple seasons, an additional layer for cooler months will be required. Take two pairs of pants. Choose one that has plenty of pockets as they will come in handy for storing things on the road. Likewise, look for pants that can zip off into shorts as this can greatly reduce the weight of your pack. Pack two or three t-shirts as well as long sleeve shirts or sweatshirts.
